YOUR TASKS

As an IT Support & Administration Engineer, you will be part of the company’s European IT Admin & Support team. As part of this team, you and your colleagues provide support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks and support the continuous modernization of the company’s IT environment. You support the evaluation of options and work together with the team on the implementation of defined solutions.

We seek a new colleague, preferably with 2+ years of experience, especially in a Microsoft O365 environment, and interested in learning further about MS365 and other technologies and tools.

Some specific tasks are mentioned here to give an insight to the dynamic working environment:

  • Overseeing and managing all IT Admin & -Support activities for the Bucharest office.
  • Administrator for all local Windows, Linux and macOS clients.
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring local application software and computer hardware, with a specific focus on Endpoint Management, O365, on-prem infrastructure and license management.
  • Maintaining networks and network file systems.
  • Participate in the work regarding system (cyber) security, firewalls, antiviruses, security policies, etc.
  • Co-work on the installation, administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows servers in a VMware environment, including back-up solutions.
  • Local mobile device management and the administration of the associated mobile phone contracts.
  • Support the integration and configuration of new (cloud-based) applications.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical (helpdesk) support to employees.
  • Creating, managing and maintaining user data/accounts and access authorizations.
  • Planning and procurement of local hardware and software, peripherals and inventory.
  • Supporting staff with IT-relevant problems and questions, installing client hardware.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in IT systems supporting Office 365
  • 2+ years experience (preferred) in supporting Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Yammer, etc
  • Experience supporting users in hybrid on-premise and Azure Active Directory (AAD) environment
  • Expert problem solving and IT troubleshooting skills (desktops, laptops, mobile)
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 10 in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of IP networking concepts, Wi-Fi, and remote access technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities
