Your tasks (What is waiting for you)

As a Senior User Experience Expert, you will be responsible for designing user-centric and delightful digital experiences for our customers. You will work closely with the product owner and developers to understand the needs and expectations of our users, create user journeys and wireframes, prototype and test solutions, and implement them using the latest web technologies. You will also contribute to the overall UX strategy and vision of Fintiba, ensuring consistency and quality across all our products and channels.

Additionally, you will conduct user interviews and research to gain insights into the behavior, preferences, and pain points of our target audience. You will use data-driven methods to evaluate and optimize the usability and performance of our digital solutions. You will also have experience with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate your design decisions.

Your profile (What you bring with you)

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in user research, UX design, and web development
  • You have a strong portfolio of UX projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity
  • You have excellent knowledge of UX design principles, methods, and tools (e.g. Figma)
  • You have experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
  • You are a team player, proactive, and eager to learn new things
